A lithium-ion battery manufacturer built on substance

Shenzhen Jinyao Sheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the leading lithium-ion battery manufacturers in China. Our management team has more than 10 years of experience in the lithium-ion battery industry, and we operate our own factory, testing laboratory and sales centre.

Our manufacturing base covers more than 6,000 m² and employs over 200 well-trained workers, supported by a strong R&D department that ensures high-quality and more stable products.

We are a high-tech factory certified to CE, RoHS, IEC62133 and ISO9001:2015, specialising in the development and manufacturing of customised new energy products, including LiFePO4 battery packs, lithium polymer battery packs and 18650 lithium-ion battery packs.

Our products are widely used in outdoor energy storage systems, household solar energy storage systems, RVs, golf carts, e-bikes, e-tricycles, low-speed vehicles, marine and emergency equipment. Today we are known in the battery industry for quality and after-sales service.

BRAND STORY

From one workshop to more than 120 countries

Jinyuan Green Energy grew out of a simple conviction: a battery is only as good as the discipline behind it. Starting in 2010 with lithium-ion product development, we moved from designing e-bike batteries to building complete energy storage systems.

Today our products run in homes in France, commercial sites in Germany, off-grid camps in the USA and telecom sites in Russia. The name on the enclosure has changed over the years — the approach has not: choose good cells, control the process, test every batch.

MANUFACTURING

Our own factory, our own laboratory

Our manufacturing base covers over 6,000 m² with 200+ trained employees. Incoming material inspection, cell sorting, module assembly and finished-product testing are all controlled in-house.

An on-site laboratory lets us verify capacity, internal resistance, cycle life, over-charge/over-discharge behaviour and high/low-temperature performance before anything ships.

2025

We never stand still: we keep deepening our work in green energy, bringing more innovative, safe and high-quality energy products to the market.

2024

Alongside home storage and power battery products, we expanded high-voltage applications and developed high-quality solutions for commercial and industrial energy storage.

2023

Committed to green energy, we embraced carbon-neutrality policy and launched storage products compatible with solar and wind power, to strong customer reviews.

2022

We designed innovative stackable and wall-mounted LiFePO4 batteries and improved battery communication to be compatible with most mainstream inverters.

2021

With home solar storage booming, we began designing and producing this battery series and added Bluetooth monitoring plus RS485 and CAN communication.

2020

Our range covered LiFePO4 batteries, lithium battery packs, e-bike batteries, and portable power banks and stations.

2019

We delivered as many as 2,000 customised LiFePO4 designs, supplying batteries and e-bike batteries to customers worldwide.

2018

Our self-developed 110V/220V AC portable power supply launched; we exhibited in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Europe.

2017

As LiFePO4 products entered the market we began producing customised LiFePO4 batteries and developed high-capacity storage and low-speed EV LiFePO4 batteries.

2016

Our own factory was established, covering 6,000 m² with 200 workers.

2015

We began designing, developing and producing e-bike batteries.

2014

We operated more than 2,000 m² of production floor and began exhibiting at offline trade shows.

2013

We expanded our overseas sales team and established a sales centre, distributing battery packs and power banks worldwide.

2012

We added a power supply production line and began selling.

2010

The company was founded, focusing on the development of lithium-ion battery products.

Responsibility beyond the product

ESG reporting

Our annual ESG report covers four dimensions — green industry and product innovation, sustainable operations, responsible governance, and community engagement and development — and sets out our contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The report is updated and published annually.

Sustainable supply chain

We comply with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, China's Labour Law, the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests and the Regulations on Prohibition of Child Labour, and require suppliers to follow our Supplier Code of Conduct, carrying those requirements through sourcing, onboarding, cooperation and performance review. We uphold the ILO core conventions: no forced or compulsory labour, freedom of association, collective bargaining, equal pay, abolition of forced labour, non-discrimination, minimum age, and working hours and minimum wage.

Conflict minerals

We are committed to using no conflict minerals, directly or indirectly, and apply responsible mineral sourcing across the company and the whole supply chain; all relevant suppliers must confirm lawful sourcing and sign our Supplier Compliance Commitment.

We uphold high standards of ethics and integrity in our global business conduct, comply with applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery law in the countries where we operate, and maintain zero tolerance towards corruption in any form. A legal department and an internal control and audit department oversee the effective implementation of these policies; any violation by an employee is subject to legal liability.
